| Reaim's product is designed and packed in Flat-Pack Packaging with the necessary filling to protect the content. Some products may come in more than 1 packaging. |

| Reaim welcomes customization inquiry, feasibility is subject to quantity, material & other technical consideration. |

| What are the basis of pricing for my purchase? |
| All price are quoted in FOB or FCA (Pasir Gudang, Malaysia / Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia). |
| Why is the price different from my previous purchase? |
| The price is quoted according to the fluctuation of currency exchange. |

| What is the estimated Production Lead Time? |
| For general estimation, Production Lead Time is about 30 days. However, this is determined by the current production capacity & supply of designated material. Order will only be scheduled to production, after Order Confirmation. |
| What is the Type of Shipment for my purchase? |
| Considering cargo handling process and cost effectiveness, all shipment is to be arranged in Full Container Load (FCL). |
| What is the maximum Payload of cargo in FCL shipment? |
| All FCL is to comply with below limit: 1 x 20GP = 26.0m3 / 14,000 kgs 1 x 40GP = 59.5m3 / 24,000 kgs 1 x 40HC = 62.0m3 / 24,000 kgs Note: Customer is to check with local forwarding agent if there is any weight limit regulated by local authority at destination. |
| What are the Delivery Term / INCOTERMS for my purchase? |
| The Delivery Term/ INCOTERMS will be FOB or FCA (Pasir Gudang, Malaysia / Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia). CFR (Port of Discharge) is also available upon customer's request. |

| Customer can provide us a list of required documents, some required documents might attract additional charges. |
